Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law.

2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:
- The product file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order.

3. Order Cancellation
Since digital products may be delivered immediately upon payment, orders generally cannot be cancelled once the transaction is complete or digital access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
4. Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with a purchase, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Where a chargeback is initiated, we may provide relevant transaction and delivery records to the payment provider to dispute the claim, subject to applicable laws and payment provider policies.
Any suspension of access to purchased products will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and our terms of service.
